Opening hours :
Tuesday - 9am to 12midday
Wednesday - 7pm to 9pm
Saturday or Sunday - 9am to 12 midday
Opening hours may be extended or increased in response to demand.
Appointments are generally pre-booked with the GP of your choice according to our advertised opening times. We encourage you to decide how much time you are likely to need with the doctor.
For appointments or general enquiries please ring 01223 446010 . If for any reason our staff cannot answer your enquiry or if you wish to make an enquiry of a confidential nature please leave your telephone number and one of the doctors will ring you back. Our staff are always happy to advise you. Appointments can be made by email at enquiries@cambridge-private-doctors.co.uk . if you make an appointment by email please ensure we have confirmed this with you by email,text or phone before attending. It is our future intention to offer a ‘walk in’ service as well.
If there is no convenient appointment time for you, we may be able to offer alternative times to suit you. Generally there is no home visiting service. If you need to cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible.
First attendance. We will need to confirm some essential medical details prior to your first attendance. To save time you can download our standard Health Questionnaire. Having completed this please bring it with you to your first appointment or fax it to us. For reasons of security we prefer you do not email these personal details to us. If you are unable to complete the questionnaire before you attend, please arrive early enough before your first appointment to complete this.
Other attendances. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative. With your consent they may sit in on your consultation. Women who are advised they need intimate clinical examination will always be offered a female chaperone. You may wish this to be a close friend or relative otherwise one of our female staff will be invited in for the duration of the examination.
Under 16s. Under 16s will only be seen in the company of a parent or an adult appointed by the parents for this purpose.
